SPUTNIK-EXPERT controls the microclimate based on mathematical algorithms, initial livestock data and sensor readings.
Real-time monitoring of environmental parameters inside and outside the building (temperature, humidity, pressure drop, air flow rate, carbon dioxide and ammonia content) is carried out 24/7.
Based on actual and planned indicators, SPUTNIK-EXPERT automatically regulates the operation of engineering systems: ventilation, supply valves, heating and lighting.
To control the operation of microclimate systems, the administrator can change the settings of key parameters and equipment by adjusting the values.
SPUTNIK-EXPERT tracks the consumption of electricity, water and feed.
When connecting an electricity meter, the system displays data by phase, meter readings and daily consumption.
When connecting a water meter, you can monitor both hourly and daily comsumption.
The system also allows to track feed consumption.
SPUTNIK-EXPERT tracks deviations from the set values using a cyclogram.
When the actual parameter deviates to the limit from the set value, the yellow “Warning” indicator lights up on the screen; when the deviation is critical, the red “Emergency” indicator lights up.
All details of the incident are recorded in the controller log.
If there is a critical deviation of key parameters, a notification appears on the controller screen indicating the cause of the incident.
A local alarm is triggered outside the case, informing employees about the problem.
When connected to the general alarm system of the enterprise, an incident notification is automatically sent to the central security point.

Even with a quick look, one can assess the overall situation: the number of buildings in operation, total livestock, presence of incidents or deviations from the norm for key parameters.
The screen displays data on the daily consumption of water, feed, electricity and gas.
The screen of the selected building displays 14 diagrams representing key parameters for poultry rearing.
These include: temperature, humidity, pressure drop, air flow rate, carbon dioxide and ammonia content, as well as the status of the ventilation, air supply, heating and lighting systems.
Additionally, the platform visualizes data on changes in bird weight, water, feed and electricity consumption.
SPUTNIK-FARM collects and analyzes data, presenting it in the form of diagrams, graphs and tables. Monitoring the execution of cyclograms helps to identify effective animal breeding practices.
Key parameters can be assessed for the entire cycle, the last day or hour, and one can also set the required period manually.
Visualization of data for selected parameters provides quick and convenient analysis.
Reports are generated in both PDF and XLSX formats for current and final data for a batch.
Using the SPUTNIK-FARM platform, one can remotely control the controller, i.e. the settings and parameters of the microclimate in the buildings.
It is easy to make adjustments and change settings through the software, optimizing the conditions for raising animals.
Control is carried out via VNC, accessible from any device, including smartphones.
The SPUTNIK-FARM platform monitors key indicators in real time.
In case of deviation from the set norm, the data diagram is colored yellow, and in case of an accident, it is colored red.
When the transmission of observed parameters stops, a question mark appears next to the diagram.
The traffic light system allows to quickly identify problems at the enterprise.
In the event of an incident, the SPUTNIK-FARM platform immediately notifies the responsible employees via a convenient communication channel: e-mail, SMS or Telegram.
This ensures prompt response and minimizes the risk of livestock loss.
